Procedure to be followed in decision-making process including control and responsibility

  • The proposals received from the public and other offices are scrutinised and necessary action is taken for granting approvals as per the jurisdictional powers.
  • To prepare Master plans or revise Master plans and enforce the plan proposals with in Local Planning Area.
  • Furnishing technical opinion to Revenue Department for conversion of agricultural lands for non-agricultural purposes as per approved interim Master Plan.
  • Preparation of layouts (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) as per approved Zonal regulations.
